What we collect
When you fill out a form on our site or call us, we collect: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, and the details you share about your care needs or job application. When you visit our site, we may collect basic analytics: pages viewed, time on site, browser type, and referrer.
How we use it
We use your contact information to follow up about your inquiry, schedule visits, deliver care, or manage your application. We use analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who we share with
We share information only as needed to deliver care or comply with the law. This may include:
- The caregivers assigned to your loved one
- Pennsylvania ODP and supports coordinators, when ODP services are involved
- Long-term care insurance carriers, when reimbursement is requested
- Service providers who help us run the business (e.g. payroll, scheduling software), under confidentiality agreements
- Law enforcement or government agencies, only if legally required
HIPAA
For clients receiving care, we follow the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for protected health information. We provide a separate Notice of Privacy Practices to clients at the start of services.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses standard cookies for analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile or reCAPTCHA). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Form protection
Our forms include honeypot fields, time-trap submission limits, and bot-prevention services to reduce spam. These are passive and do not collect personal data beyond what you submit.
Your rights

Children's privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
